By creating an account or using Brainizz, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.

When using Brainizz, you agree not to:

• Manipulate scores, XP, streaks or leaderboard positions, including through automated submissions or exploiting bugs.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute quiz content without permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

XP, levels, streaks, achievements and rankings are provided for motivation and fun. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred and may be recalculated or reset if we detect errors or abuse, or if we change how the system works.

Quizzes are provided for general educational and entertainment purposes. We work to keep content accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every question or explanation is complete or error-free. The content, design and software of Brainizz are protected by intellectual property laws and remain ours or our licensors'.

We may add, change or remove features and content, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We will try to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.

You may stop using Brainizz at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainizz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
